Belt Cleaners

TITAN PRIMARY CLEANER is a heavy duty belt cleaner suitable for rugged and punishing conditions especially for mining applications. The cleaner blade is made up of heavy duty steel pipe to withstand heavy loads at high speeds. Polyurethane blades are available in single as well as segmented configuration. It uses a self adjusting tensioning system to maintain optimum cleaning pressure. A single locking pin arrangement for the blades makes installation and maintenance easier. Colour coded Polyurethane blades suitable for different application conditions are available.

Belt Trackers

SURTRACK belt alignment rollers keep the belt conveyor in perfect alignment even at high speeds and heavy loads. It has a unique self-activating 'Pivot' mechanism which ‘Kicks-in’ immediately when there is any sign of belt running off-center steering the belt back in-line. SURTRACK tracking rollers have a rugged construction complete with lagging for enhanced traction, a complete dust and water proof design providing long service life. Heavy duty bearings enclosed in a dust and water proof centre hub, helps to withstand the punishing conditions of the application. SURTRACK belt tracking rollers are available for carrying and return belt. SURTRACK belt trackers features a guide roller free design, hence avoid belt edge damages. Tracking rollers suitable for reversing belts are also available.

Impact Cushion Pads

Thejo's HERCULES IMPACT PAD is a combination of the salient features of UHMWPE and rubber . While the UHMWPE has very low coefficient of friction, Rubber has high resilience, impact absorption properties and dampening properties. Thejo's HERCULES Pad assemblies are designed and manufactured to give a long and trouble free performance with minimum maintenance. Each module of HERCULES Impact pad consist of predetermined number of HERCULES pads mounted on steel base frames by special fastener bar arrangement. The modular sections of the impact pads are suitably designed and fabricated to facilitate easy installation.

Skirt Sealing System

The QWIK FIX SKIRT SEALING system is a FASTENER FREE simple and effective two-part skirting system that prevents dust and spillage and reduce cleanup and maintenance costs at installations. The QWIK FIX conveyor skirting system can easily be retrofitted to your existing chute walls. Stitch weld the steel back plates to the chute wall, insert the skirting into the serrated slots, and adjust the skirting to the belt. The skirting is available in many sizes, thicknesses and compounds to suit various working conditions.

Engineered Chutes

Rhino Bulk Flow Chutes are designed with advanced 3D modelling software and then simulated with Advanced Discrete Element Method Modelling (ADEM) with respect to the actual duty conditions. Design is optimized based on the simulation and then compare with the site conditions to arrive at the desired results.
