TEZ Splicing and Repair Kits

Thejo offers complete Belt Conveyor Splicing and Repair solutions under one umbrella. Having established itself as the pioneers and leaders of cold vulcanising technology in India since 1974, Thejo also offers the complete range of chemicals for hot splicing of fabric and steel cord belting. Specific rubber formulations ensure the effective, safe & speedy (‘TEZ’) splicing and repairs of belt conveyors. TEZ brand of splicing solutions are developed with a focus on ensuring reduced down-times while meeting all safety, quality and technical requirements of the belting industry .

Pulley Lagging Sheets

Pre-cured pulley lagging sheeting for conveyor drum lagging come in a wide range and verity. Different patterns and configurations are available to suit various applications from dry to wet conditions, for light, medium, heavy and extra heavy duty applications.

VULKAN Vulcanising Equipment

Thejo offers complete range of portable vulcanising equipment for belt conveyor splicing and repair . Repair equipment are available for spot repair, longitudinal repair and edge repair. Side wall fixing equipment , cleat fixing equipment and other such special purpose equipments are also manufactured in-house. Mechanical screw type , hydraulic cylinder type and bag type pressurising systems are available.
